Manifesto
Five letters. Five promises.
ValerIA takes its name from the imaginary customer Michele Ferrero kept in mind for every product decision: a person who deserved care, reliability, and honesty. We inherited the name and the bar that comes with it.
The first five letters of the name map to the five values we hold ourselves to. We publish them here so you can hold us to them too. If a decision of ours doesn't line up with one of these letters, call it out.
